PEREKA is a registered society under Registrar of Societies (ROS) Malaysia and has been established since 3rd February 2012, under section 7 Society Act 1966. It has been established to ensure the field of industrial design is recognized as a profession in national development and is committed to cater to the general welfare of its members. The third objective is to inculcate clear visions and missions among industrial designers in Malaysia. The final objective is to promote the quality of professionalism among industrial designers in Malaysia.
